Feature:

This machine is customized for paper straw to match with the LC-RY650 paper straw flexo printing machine

1.This machine adopt center winding and the surface drum rewinding.

2. EPC, automatic tension control with magnetic powder brake and clutch

3. Machine with meter counter, programmed stop.

4. Main motor control by variable frequency speed regulation, more stable

5.Optional: Pneumatic or hydraulic loading unwinding, 3 servo motor or 4 servo motor for machine operation, PLC auto tension control siemens, Touch screen MCGS.

Before order to the production department, we will confirm the order for the equipment and the extra requirement and datasheet again with the customers

We will inspect the different process of the production from the beginning, and update the status of the order with our customer by sending photos or videos

Each parts of machine will be checked carefully before packaging

Before shipment, customer could sent one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problems occurred
